Financial Grants

Eligible applicants can receive a one-time cash assistance grant to secure housing, pay rent/utility bill(s), cover home repairs caused by disasters and emergencies, pay medical expenses, or post ICE bail bonds to reunite with their loved ones.

Assistance Gap

We recognize a growing need to support residents of North Carolina impacted by disasters, emergencies, and immigration detention & deportation procedures who, due to their immigration status, may be ineligible for or unable to access other public or financial assistance programs.

Network of Support

The NC-Immigrant Solidarity Fund is a project of CWS Durham in partnership with trusted grassroots organizations across the state. 100% of donations to the ISF are used directly for financial assistance grants. Administrative and operating costs are supported by CWS.
